HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical departments to ensure quality requirements and execution standards are met.
Align procurement activities with existing contracts or previous offers.
Advise on setting and maintaining minimum stock levels.
Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure high-quality partnerships.
Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
Maintaining ongoing supplier performance data for periodic internal/external review and initiate corrective action/development as necessary.
Process order confirmations and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate any deviations in delivery schedules with stakeholders, renegotiate deadlines when required, and escalate issues with suppliers as needed.
Resolve any discrepancies in quantity or pricing with suppliers.
Handle quality complaints and monitor corrective actions, including 8D reports when applicable.
Track and follow up on procurement needs and next steps.
Communicate changes promptly and ensure systems are updated accordingly.
Resolve discrepancies in pricing or quotas in coordination with suppliers.
Manage online shop assortments and catalog approvals.
Validate incoming invoices against placed orders to ensure accuracy.
Generate standard and case-specific reports as needed.
Conduct internal analyses, create memos, and compile statistics.
Recommend and monitor necessary adjustment measures.
Negotiate and finalize terms with suppliers, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
Monitor and control procurement-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with financial targets.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
Agile mindset with the ability to find pragmatic solutions.
Relevant experience in operational purchasing or a similar environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
